Yes, you can cancel your PermiTrak subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can export all your permit data, documents, and reports. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your data before canceling.
